The Ultra Board surface does not allow moisture to penetrate, so inks stand out vividly for digital-printed images. Ultra board and gator board are almost identical, but have a different outer finish. Ultra board has a thick, plastic shell, whereas gator board has a thin, wood like veneer.

Foam boards signs are designed to be used inside only. But if you put it outside with no windy and rainy day, it can work.
You need to keep foam boards in cool and dry places. You should not put anything heavy on them because they can bend and crease.
